Welcome to preschool!

Here at Sunflower Academy we teach children and families the foundations for learning. We believe with strong foundations and family support, we can aid in a child's educational success. We believe through experiences and incorporating all types of learning styles, we can create an atmosphere where children learn to enjoy learning.

Our Classes:

We are currently doing an early learning course which is children ages 3-4. Children that are turning 4 during the school year. We are also doing preschool which is 4-5 years of age.

Early Learning- Monday and Wednesday.
Ages 3-4 from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
Preschool- Tuesday, and Thursday.
Ages 4-5 from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm.

Classes and Ages

Early Learning | Ages 3-4

The early learning class is designed for ages 3 and 4 years old. This is a smaller class of five children and is a preschool readiness program. In this class, we are learning to follow routines, emotions, basic school skills, and social-emotional development. We are learning to be a part of a group and a classroom environment.

Ages 4-5

The preschool class is designed for ages 4 and 5 years old. This program is for kindergarten readiness. We are learning routines, basic writing and reading skills, social-emotional skills, mathematics, and science. All part of our curriculum. The curriculum we use is developmentally appropriate for the children in our program.
